Team members join a culture that values expertise, reliability, and commitment to client success.Role Description The Web Application Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure and scalable web applications that support customer missions and internal operational needs. Day-to-day tasks include implementing back-end services, integrating databases and APIs, writing clean and efficient code following object-oriented programming principles, and troubleshooting application issues. The Web Application Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system engineers and cybersecurity specialists, to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. The role also involves reviewing requirements, participating in code reviews, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.Qualifications Strong skills in Web Application Development and building robust Web Applications.Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for enterprise or mission-critical systems.Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and applying them to modern programming languages.Knowledge of common web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).Understanding of secure coding practices and basic cybersecurity principles.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Augusta, GA, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.Experience supporting federal government or defense-related projects is beneficial; eligibility for relevant clearances is a plus.Must have an active Security Clearence (Secert)
