Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Management team in coordinating technical and commercial project activities
Serve as a customer-facing communication liaison
Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks impacting cost or timeline
Coordinate preparation and internal approval of engineering deliverables (drawings, calculations, BOMs, reports, O&M manuals, close-out documentation)
Maintain project schedules (MS Project) and assist with cost tracking
Attend weekly meetings, prepare minutes, and issue status reports
Support procurement team with Purchase orders, logistics and material handling.
Qualifications
BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Industrial Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, Teams, and ERP/CRM systems
PMP certification is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of supporting software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Strong ability to communicate with teammates on project blockers, updates on assignments, and overall responsiveness via email and MS Teams
Appreciation for business demands and an understanding of manufacturing processes
Excellent communication skills, Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English.
