About the JobAs Sous Chef, the right candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with managing all aspects of the culinary department including its activities and the relationships between the Club and its members, guests, employees, community, government, industry, and corporate.Salary: $60,000-$65,000 with bonus potentialYou will also be responsible for:Assisting with the coordinating and administering of the club's policies as defined by Concert Golf Partners.Directing the work of the department employees.Monitoring the budget and forecast.Monitoring the quality of the club's products and services.Ensuring financial objectives are achieved along with member and guest satisfaction.Organizing and placing orders.Coordinating menu and recipe books.Daily line checks.Overall kitchen execution within the department with a strong focus on quality standards and service delivery.Performing other duties as assigned.About the Company
