The practice maintains a robust clinical mix of well-child visits and acute care, serving a stable, predominantly private-pay population.Optimized Operational Support: Operate within a "well-oiled machine" featuring 1:1 MA support plus float assistance and dedicated intake nurses. Our streamlined Athena EMR utilizes advanced templates to ensure administrative relief and maximum clinical efficiency.Provider-Directed Pacing: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule with generous appointment blocks: 20 minutes for well-visits and 10 minutes for acute/follow-up care, averaging a sustainable 2025 patients per day.Exceptional Work-Life Synergy: Experience a true 4.5-day week with a Friday afternoon "early out" (no patients scheduled after 11:30 AM).
