We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that help our clients achieve their business goals.About The Position:The Implementation Manager will be responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end implementation process of Sage Intacct ERP solutions for our clients. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, project management experience, and strong communication skills.Work Location:This is a fully remote position, with the employees primarily working out of their residential home office.Role and Responsibilities:Lead, implement, support and provide end-user training for Sage Intacct software including the core and advanced modules.Assist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presenting and demonstrating Sage Intacct to clients and prospectsMaintain knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and quarterly releasesTrain end users on the Sage Intacct systemStrong reporting and dashboard development skillsAssist with data conversionStrong reporting and dashboard development skills.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.Sage Intacct Implementation specialist certification (preferred)3-7 years’ experience with Sage Intacct accounting software or NetSuite ERP, leading implementations, and training end usersExperience implementing Sage Intacct’s or NetSuite core and advanced modules.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsGood problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
