Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.Job responsibilitiesServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned applications, bridging Marketing, Technology, Compliance, and vendor teamsDrive continuous improvements to applications ranging from access controls and user experience to security enhancementsManage software and patch upgrade planning and implementation via ServiceNow requestsAssist in application troubleshooting with third-party vendors and internal teams, addressing compliance and technology issues as neededWork closely with Risk Control teams for break remediation planning and Software Development Lifecycle controlsEnsure adherence to IT control processes around Risk and Compliance throughout the application lifecycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (business and technology teams) and third-party vendorsDevelop expertise with JIRA Kanban boards and agile project management practicesIdentify opportunities within existing practices and question assumptions to drive improvementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environmentCloud hosting technology experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)Experience with SaaS or On-Premise based platformsExposure to design and implementation of cloud-based marketing domain solutionsSystem/Data Integration experience with cloud-based solutionsIdentity and Access Management requirements and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)Proficiency with Microsoft Office suiteAgile project management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, GitStrong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to deliver resultsFamiliarity with IT control processes around Risk and ComplianceUnderstanding of Software Development Lifecycle controlsPreferred qualificationsExperience with Firewalls and submitting requests via ACM (Application Connectivity Manager)Familiarity with Akamai and F5 as it relates to PSaaSKnowledge of IP addressing and subnettingExperience with static and dynamic code scanning tools and technologiesKnowledge of ethical hack/penetration testing tools and technologies and familiarity with Open Source scanning toolsJIRA subject matter expertiseExperience with DNS, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JulesAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
