Operate the quality control desk receiving quality questions or concerns, routing these issues to Operations Management and other support teams for resolution. Avoid waste and help create better efficiencies in the given areas. Assisting the Quality Control Analysist complete their daily duties. Cross training when require in the production floor RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect and report quality issues. Approve items that meet the quality standards expected by our customer. Enter defect information into the quality monitoring system. Perform all duties of the quality assurance personnel. Diagnose problems and contact appropriate teams for support. At peak times we operate 24/7 operation; the proper candidate must be willing to work on either shift to provide this coverage. Communicate with the support teams needed to solve issues within a timely manner. Communicate with the Operations team about all aspects or problems in the area. Read, write and reply to all business emails and other forms of communication in English. Perform additional as required. Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High School Diploma required. Must read and speak English (Spanish is helpful) Must be comfortable working with a computer. Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours. Must be able to push/pull carts and totes up to 25lbs. Strong communication Skills Analytical skills Planning and problem solving Teamwork The expected hourly pay range for this position is $17.50 per hour .
