POSITION TITLE: Benefit Center Manager (Christian Pro-Life Organization) CLASSIFICATION: Exempt - (50K) TYPE: Full time - Weekdays - Onsite Plano, TX REPORTS TO: Benefit Center Regional Director SUMMARY: The Enrollment and Benefits Manager will manage, coordinate and supervise the work activities of each Enrollment and Benefits Agent, monitor effectiveness of the enrollment/benefit verification process, evaluate the impact that Texas state programs have in their community and other target audiences. This position will also be responsible for developing, training and implementing effective improvements of the enrollment/benefits and verification processes to assist Human Coalition achieve its mission of existing to rescue children and serve families across America. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain excellent communication and exhibit best practice professional relationship skills Responsible for reaching out to clients that have received referrals, mark their status Assist clients in completing their enrollment or final determination of their eligibility has been made Will be CPP certified and serve clients with additional state program applications Perform other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
