Stocker / Receiving / Freight Associate

Description: A Stocker performs general stocking duties on a daily basis including storing and stocking product. Requirements: Essential functions Load product for customers Move, handle, and transport product, or supplies Operate tools and equipment safely Perform general stocking duties Perform general cleaning duties Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing information Greet and talk politely with customers Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude Function as a team member and get along with others Adhere to daily work schedule Work weekends, any shift, holidays and overtime as needed Work in a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as needed and assigned Knowledge, skills and abilities Basic Math and computer skills Industry knowledge Phone etiquette Customer service Positive attitude Friendly and approachable Self-motivated Multi-tasking Attention to detail Physical requirements Grasping, bending, twisting, squatting, Move, lift (minimum height of 4' on a regular basis), and carry a minimum of 60lbs Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet entire shift Push/pull a heavy loaded pallet with manual pallet jack Push/pull a loaded stock cart Operate heavy equipment; Forklifts, baler, etc. (will train) Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in receiving, handling, and stocking in retail or warehouse/distribution environments preferred Age requirement Minimum age 18 Additional Navajo Speaking preferred Benefits available: Vacation / Paid Time Off Sick Leave Profit Sharing Employee Service Rewards Employee Charge Program Development Plans Health Insurance Disability Insurance If you need assistance completing the application process please contact Human Resources at (505) 722-4366 ext 143.
