Program Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale data center programs, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and providing leadership across multiple projects and teams.The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across schedule, cost, quality, risk, and governance, while aligning project outcomes to strategic client objectives. The Opportunity Key responsibilitiesLead and manage complex data center programs, often comprising multiple concurrent projects or phasesAct as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and providing strategic leadershipOversee programme governance, controls, reporting, and assuranceEnsure effective integration of schedule, cost, risk, and change management across the programmeLead multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialistsDrive consistency in delivery standards, best practices, and reportingProactively identify programme‑level risks and mitigation strategiesSupport procurement, contracting strategy, and stakeholder coordinationManage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning activitiesProvide clear, concise reporting to senior client stakeholders and leadership teamsWhat we’re looking forProven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large‑scale, complex projectsStrong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale, colocation, or mission‑critical environments preferred)Excellent understanding of project and programme controls, including schedule, cost, and riskExperience working in a client‑side or consultancy environmentStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate confidently in fast‑track, high‑pressure environmentsDegree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Professional certifications (PMP, APM, RICS, etc.) are an advantageAbout UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
