We are looking for a senior Application Architect with 15+ years of experience in strategy, modernization, consulting, and client advisory to help global clients shape and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across Modern Platforms (Java/.NET/AWS/Andoid). In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, define transformation roadmaps, lead architecture strategy, align delivery with measurable business outcomes, and guide organizations through modernization programs that improve agility, insight, and value realization. What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on enterprise Application Modernization (Java, .NET, iOS, Testing), shaping transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities and operating models. Lead client stakeholder engagements across business, App modernization, digital, and technology functions to define vision, secure alignment, and drive consensus on target-state architecture and transformation direction. Translate business objectives into data platform strategies, modernization plans, and value-focused initiatives that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and time to insight. Provide leadership across large transformation programs by shaping solution direction, owning service delivery, guiding delivery teams, managing architectural governance, and ensuring alignment with executive objectives. Drive executive-level conversations on data strategy, platform investment, governance, risk, and change management to help clients realize long-term modernization outcomes. Mentor cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and foster collaboration across consulting, delivery, engineering, and client leadership to accelerate program success. Own business outcome orientation by defining success measures, tracking value realization, and ensuring data modernization programs deliver measurable impact for clients. What We’re Looking For bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in data architecture, consulting, enterprise transformation, or data platform strategy roles. Strong experience shaping modernization strategies, enterprise data roadmaps, and transformation programs across Modern Data Platforms (Databricks/Snowflake/MS Fabric/Cloud Native) in complex client environments. Proven consulting and leadership experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, solution advisory, and large-scale program governance. Demonstrated ability to connect data strategy and modernization initiatives to measurable business outcomes such as growth, efficiency, customer experience, risk reduction, and decision velocity. Excellent executive presence, client relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills. Hands-on expertise in Java, .Net, AWS cloud, iOS, Testing aspects Nice to Have Master’s degree or advanced certification in business, technology, data, cloud, or transformation leadership disciplines. Experience leading C-level or senior stakeholder discussions for enterprise data modernization, platform transformation, and value realization programs.
