This isn't a desk job — it's a real opportunity to build a book of business, earn serious money, and grow with a company that will invest in your success.About the CompanyTufco Flooring is the premier provider of industrial floors and drains for manufacturing facilities across the US & Canada. We specialize in the Food & Beverage Industry, but continue to grow into other markets including Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Commercial Spaces.We manufacture and install our products, providing a 5-year Warranty (best in industry) that our clients have come to rely on. We pride ourselves on building decades-long relationships in the business.What You'll Earn$65,000 base salary$25,000 travel expense accountCommission: 3% up to $1.5M in territory sales | 6% from $1.5M–$2.5M | 8% above $2.5MThe previous rep did $2M in year one. Strong performers have a clear path to $140K–$200K+ earnings.What You'll DoOwn and develop a defined New York sales territoryBuild and maintain relationships with B2B clients in the flooring/construction/design spaceHunt new accounts while growing existing onesTravel regularly throughout your territory — you're comfortable on the roadThis is an established territory with active customers, repeat business, and immediate opportunity.What We're Looking ForA track record of performing in competitive, results-driven environments — sales experience preferred but not required if you've got the instinctsResilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-driven environmentStrong communicator who can build trust quicklyComfortable with regular travel (this is non-negotiable — if travel is a concern, this isn't the right fit)Based in or willing to relocate to the New York area (The sales territory is the entire state)What You Won't Find HereA micromanagerA ceiling on your earningsA company that won't invest in your developmentIf you’re highly driven, competitive, and ready to build something meaningful, then this is the job for you.
