Part-Time Factory Outlet Representative Job Category: Factory Outlet Location: Factory Outlet Elwood, IN, USA Job Type: Part-Time Description Responsibilities Operating duties include accurate order processing and picking, stocking and maintaining inventory, and miscellaneous projects/presentations. Education and Experience High School Diploma required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Pick customer orders quickly and accurately. Provide customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Communicate effectively verbally. Be detail-oriented, professional, and multi-task oriented. Take direction well and function with minimal supervision. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct: None Indirect: None Physical Requirements and Working Conditions The employee must be able to use hands to handle and feel. The employee must be able to reach with both hands and arms. The employee must be able to visually detect, perceive, or recognize in near and far distances. The employee must be able to converse or convey with other individuals. The employee must be able to repetitively lift/carry items weighing up to 50lbs. and may occasionally lift/carry items weighing up to 60lbs. The employee must be able to work outside in various weather conditions (i.e.: rain, snow, heat).
