Java Backend / L3 ERPSupport Engineer

Job Requirements:Strong hands-on experience in Java backend/server-side development.Strong experience in L3 Production/Application Support for business-critical applications.Hands-on experience supporting WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or warehouse/fulfillment applications.Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations environments.Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, SQL and OOP/OOPS.Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.Experience with application monitoring, incident management, production deployments, and on-call support.Ability to work closely with business, engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, and other stakeholders.Experience with warehouse processes such as inventory, fulfillment, order processing, shipping and receiving is highly preferred.Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, HighJump, Körber, or similar is a plus.Experience with AWS and observability/monitoring tools is preferred.Ideal Profile:Java Backend Engineer with strong L3 Production Support + WMS/Warehouse + Retail/Supply Chain experience, who can troubleshoot and fix issues at the application/code level.
