This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to adynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and quality assurance.Pay: $16/hDuties• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, andfinished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers,micrometers, and vision inspection systems.• Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso, ISO 9001, ISO13485, and CGMP standards to monitor compliance throughout themanufacturing process• Perform detailed quality audits to identify areas for improvement andensure adherence to FDA regulations and HACCP protocols• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findingsaccurately for reporting and process adjustments• Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise dimensionalanalysis of complex parts• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues swiftly andimplement corrective actions• Support the development and maintenance of quality systems that enhanceoverall product reliability and safetySkills• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement dataaccurately• Extensive experience with quality inspection tools including calipers,micrometers, vision inspection systems, and precision measuringinstruments• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDAregulations, CGMP, HACCP, and quality management principles• Proficiency in using Calypso software for data collection and analysis inquality control processes• Familiarity with conducting quality audits and implementing continuousimprovement initiatives• Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) effectively• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills forclear documentation and reportingJoin us as a Quality Control Inspector if you're passionate about maintaining thehighest standards of product quality through meticulous inspection, rigorousanalysis, and adherence to industry regulations.
