The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing patient conditions, creating and implementing tailored treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress toward rehabilitation goals. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the role also includes educating patients and caregivers on exercise techniques and recovery processes while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.QualificationsStrong clinical skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques.Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with team members.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple patients and documentation efficiently.Possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent and maintain current state licensure in Texas.Experience in outpatient physical therapy or a similar environment is beneficial.Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with industry best practices.
