Medical Assistant

Florida Cardiopulmonary Center, a premier Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Practice for more than 20 yearsin Orange City/Lake Mary, FL is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant or EMT. We need a mature, dynamic, reliable, and friendly person who is a team player. Candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize duties, show initiative, and have a pleasant personality. We are affiliated with Medical Schools, Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistant schools and provide active training to the students in our center. Duties will include, but not limited to: rooming patients collecting patient’s vital signs chart documentation prescription refills patient call-backs/phone triage other medical procedures, such as performing EKGs etc This is a Full-Time position. The competitive hourly wage for the right candidate based on the experience. Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in a medical/physician’s office is preferred. Candidate must be available to work Monday thru Friday. Immediate availability is preferred.
