Service Coordinator
Division: Trotter & Morton Facility Services, Lacey
Part of the Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24/7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.

We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Lacey, WA! The Service Coordinator will provide staff support to the dispatcher and service manager to assure a smooth and timely flow of materials and paperwork. They will act as a front-line liaison between the service manager, all department staff and customers to provide the highest quality service.

Roles and Responsibilities
Inform manager of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, material administration and other matters affecting service operations
Immediately advise manager of customer complaints to expedite resolution to assure and maintain long-term relationships and communicate resolution to customer
Perform auditing of assigned paperwork to assure accurate and timely processing
Support and backup to dispatcher
Send monthly reports to Linc
Manage documentation on ProCore and ISN
Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with field and office personnel to resolve problems, exploit opportunities and maximize profits. Process all data according to Company and LINC procedures
Assure all contract files are properly established and maintained
Recognize the relationship between good performance, customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Understand sales objectives. Promote upgrading and new business by continuously reporting sales leads
Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your manager. These special projects, at the determination of your manager, may or may not become part of this position’s primary responsibilities
Manage scheduling and Purchase orders for sub-contractors
Manage contract renewals, maintenance implementation and scheduling, create new agreement tasking for start-up's and post agreements
Perform other duties as required

Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
Office Supervisory experience considered an asset
