We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated host to join our team. **Position Overview:** As a host at The Table, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Manage the reservation system and organize seating for guests. - Escort guests to their tables and present menus. - Provide accurate wait times and update guests on their status. - Monitor the dining area and ensure all guests are satisfied with their experience. - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area. - Assist with special requests and accommodate guests' needs as necessary. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. - Must be at least 16 years old. - Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Why Join Us?** At The Table, located at the Palouse Ridge Golf Club, we believe in fostering a positive work environment where our team members can thrive.
