Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be assisting the Manager providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution via phone, email, or chat
Provide exceptional customer support and client services to foster long-term relationships
Manage data entry tasks accurately within company databases and CRM systems
Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve issues promptly
Experience
Previous customer service role required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills preferred
Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential
Experience in outbound calling or client services will be beneficial for success in this role
