Part-Time Business Operations Support

About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide part-time support on both internal and client-facing projects. In this role, you will assist with daily business operations, client management, and general administrative tasks to ensure seamless continuity of services as the Moonlit Row client roster continues to grow. You will work closely with the founder of Moonlit Row, a consulting firm that specializes in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners streamline operations and scale their businesses.Hours: 10-15 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Assist with managing client communications, ensuring inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.Support ongoing client projects by tracking deadlines, organizing documents, and managing deliverables.Handle basic administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling meetings, and managing email inboxes.Liaise with clients and external teams as needed to ensure business operations run smoothly.Provide ad-hoc support with ongoing business development activities, including outreach and prospect follow-ups.Qualifications:Proven experience in business administration, project management, or operations support.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with invoicing, scheduling, and general administrative tools (Google Workspace, project management software, etc.).Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.Why Join Us: This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of NYC's most notable founders, up-and-coming entrepreneurs, and industry trailblazers.
