Fulfillment Team Member 2 - PickingFull Time!! Monday - Friday - OnsiteJob Summary:Completes customer orders using one or more of the processes listed below. Team Member will generally have a specific area of focus and expertise. They will also be cross trained into additional functional to assist with functions outside their focus area based on staffing and workflow. Team Member may be called upon to assist in training and integration of new employees as conditions warrant. Team Member must be able to contribute to improvement efforts of high-performance work teams.Essential Functions:Picking:Pull totes off conveyor when tag shows the number corresponding to the station number to which the picker has been assignedReviews work ticket to determine location and identity of item(s) to be pickedMoves to designated locations and picks the items indicated on the work ticketPlaces item(s) in tote and returns tote to conveyorCheck/Pack:Removes tote from inbound conveyorVerifies that items in tote conform to customer order as noted on work ticketIf errors/exceptions are noted, checker will choose appropriate handling procedurePlaces contents in shipping container and returns empty tote to tote takeaway conveyorPlaces necessary items in shipping container and adds protective packing material if needed to ensure merchandise arrives undamagedPlaces shipping label on box and places box on outbound conveyorSupport FunctionsTeam members provide support to a variety of tasks that support picking & packaging effortsSupport areas include collate production, material handling, truck loading & manifestingThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADAKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:High School Diploma or GED preferredAbility to comprehend read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions in EnglishAbility to problem solveDemonstrated interpersonal skills to work with a teamWorking knowledge of computerPhysical Requirements:Fulfillment workerMust be able to complete various activities in Fulfillment that require hours of lifting, twisting, standing, and carryingMust be in good physical condition and have good motor skillsMust be able to lift/move up 50 pounds at a timeMust have good hand/eye coordination
