Within our Health & Benefits organization, we are building a unified, world-class product experience powered by customer-driven innovation.We are seeking a Product Portfolio Lead, Health & Benefits to serve as a strategic individual contributor and the central liaison between our product organization and external channel partners. This role is responsible for synthesizing complex, cross-functional product initiatives into a clear, executive-level narrative that supports partner success and go-to-market execution. You will operate as the executive presence for product, translating roadmap progress, commercial rollout plans, and strategic priorities into a unified story for partners and stakeholders. This role offers high visibility across the organization and direct engagement with key partners, making it a critical driver of alignment, communication, and growth.How you’ll make an impactServe as the primary product liaison between internal product teams and external channel partnersSynthesize multiple product roadmaps into a cohesive, executive-level narrativeCommunicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and go-to-market plans to partners and stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal leadership teamsTranslate complex, highly matrixed product information into clear, concise, and actionable messagingDrive alignment across product teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery transparencySupport partner success by ensuring product capabilities are clearly understood and effectively positionedReport back on status of Partner requests and/or contractual agreementsAct as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to improve partner engagement and product adoptionParticipate in partner meetings and onsite engagements (up to ~30% travel as needed)Experience you’ll bring7+ years of product management experienceExperience working with large enterprise partners or channel ecosystemsProven experience with product roadmapping and go-to-market planningStrong experience presenting to executive-level stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to synthesize multiple product initiatives into a unified strategy or narrativeExperience working in highly matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong ability to communicate both quantitative and qualitative product performance insightsExperience working with partners, indirect channels, or external stakeholdersIndustry experience in one or more of the following:Healthcare / Consumer Directed HealthBenefits administrationFintech / Payments / BankingSaaS or platform-based productsWhat will give you an edgeCertifications in Product Operating Models or Pragmatic Product MarketingFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MiroExperience across multiple product types (SaaS, mobile, platform, data products)Ability to operate as an executive storyteller and product evangelistThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
