What You Will DoAs a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations and ensuring successful project execution. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of construction. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with layout, surveying, and project documentationSupporting quality assurance and ensuring field compliance with plans and specsMaintaining accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentationCoordinating with subcontractors and vendorsHelping drive schedule adherence and field productivityLearning the GC's best-in-class processes with a clear path to higher project engineering and management rolesWhat We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual with a strong commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for construction.Ideal candidates possess:Experience or internships in commercial construction preferredMust be comfortable working in the Field and working in accordance with the Project Manager and Superintendent, in managing the projectsMust be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ ConstructionStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsA desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from withinGood tenure; we value professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career developmentA strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentA degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus but no need if you don't have!Important RequirementCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
