Senior Manager, Network Installation Services

This role involves collaboration with customers and third-party installation vendors, direct management of internal deployment technicians, scheduling team and close coordination with other internal installation teams.Installation Manager is tasked with the following duties and responsibilities Develop, plan and implement installation projects Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and expectationsQualify, contract and manage third party installation contractors, ensuring they adhere to install workflows and completion standardsMonitor the progress of each project, ensuring all installations are carried out as per the schedule and success standard Review the timeliness and quality of work done, ensuring it meets the company and customer standard Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issuesPrepare and present reports on the status of each project to senior managementManage project budgets, ensuring that all work is carried out within pre-approved budget amountsCoordinate with build and logistics team to ensure that necessary equipment and materials are available for installationsConduct training sessions for installation teams to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable about the products being installedResolve any installation issues and manage any changes to the plan as neededDemonstrated success in managing large multi-site network installation programs and internal deployment resourcesEducation & Experience Minimum education – relevant bachelor’s degree Project management certifications/ experience a plusExperience in managing complex, multi-site network installationsExperience in leadership/ management of internal teams/ staffPerks of Acumera Hybrid Work ScheduleHealth benefits start on day one401(k), FSA, HSACasual dress codePaid company holidaysDiscretionary time off policyCentral Austin location with free parkingFlexible work environment and an opportunity to grow as we grow.
