Business Analyst - Governance, Risk, and Compliance

About this role The GRC business analyst will work with the Lululemon Cybersecurity GRC team to define functional and technical requirements to facilitate the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. This is a critical project that will establish a systematic foundation within ServiceNow to support and automate the management and monitoring of GRC processes including policy and compliance, and risk management. This role will also support requirements development for functionality enhancements to the ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management module. The GRC business analyst must be highly organized, detail oriented, and exceptional at facilitation and problem solving to ensure we can meet our project objectives and deliverables within a compressed timeframe. The ability to effectively translate current and desired business process into feature/project requirements within ServiceNow, and develop a future roadmap, is critical for this role. This role may also be required to support overall project management responsibilities. A day in the life: Works directly with GRC leadership and team members to ensure current and future state business process is defined and translated into requirements for ServiceNow IRM implementation. Responsible for ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are aligned between the project stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team. Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood.
