Role OverviewThe SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) Developer is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of high-performance mediation workflows within the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) framework. This role focuses on the orchestration of high-volume usage data, ensuring seamless integration between diverse source systems and downstream billing processes to maintain revenue integrity.Core Responsibilities1. Workflow Architecture & DevelopmentDesign and implement complex mediation workflows utilizing specialized agents within SAP Convergent Mediation .Engineer data transformation logic and mediation rules using APIs and BAPIs to ensure data consistency.Align all developments with established SAP BRIM architecture and industry best practices.2. High-Volume Data OrchestrationManage the ingestion, processing, and "massaging " of high-volume usage data streams from multiple external systems.Optimize mediation processes to ensure scalability and reliability in high-demand, technology-driven environments.Troubleshoot and resolve critical bottlenecks in data processing and workflow execution.3. Strategic Integration & CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams to integrate external data sources into the billing ecosystem.Analyze usage data streams to support accurate billing and revenue management operations.Provide technical expertise on the end-to-end usage data mediation lifecycle.Technical RequirementsSAP BRIM Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of BRIM and SAP CM Architecture , specifically within the technology industry vertical.Mediation Development: Advanced expertise in architecting workflows using agents and handling high-volume data streams.Technical Integration: Proficient in leveraging BAPIs and APIs for data transformation and system communication.Performance Engineering: Proven ability to optimize processes for peak performance and scalability in high-transaction environments.
