Role: Senior Certinia Functional ConsultantLocation: RTP / Raleigh, NCOverall Salesforce ecosystem experienceCertinia (FinancialForce) functional experienceStrong knowledge of Certinia PSA modules: resource management, project billing, time & expense, revenue recognition, project accountingExperience working directly with business stakeholders — not just technical teamsPrior experience embedding with a client team and driving adoption from the insideCertinia is a niche platform — small talent pool, so Cast a wider net geographically, assess relocation appetite earlyCertinia is a high bar — the platform isn't widespread, so Consider candidates with 2+ years if Salesforce depth is very strongCame up through Big 4, SI firms, or PS consulting (Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, etc.)Familiarity with professional services operations — staffing allocation, margin tracking, invoicing workflowsChange management exposure — helping end users adopt new processes post go-liveCertinia or Salesforce certifications preferredExperience in multi-BU rollouts is a plus
