A company is looking for a Senior Performance Engineer with expertise in application performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Profile, analyze, and optimize application code for execution efficiency, resource utilization, and latency
Collaborate with development teams to embed performance considerations into system design and conduct performance-focused code reviews
Design and execute capacity experiments to guide system sizing and optimize performance metrics in cloud environments
Required Qualifications
Strong background in software development with a focus on performance optimization
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python
Experience with ASP.NET application performance tuning and diagnostics
Hands-on experience with profiling and debugging tools like SQL Profiler and dotTrace
Solid understanding of microservices and distributed system design
