If you are customer service oriented and highly motivated with a positive attitude, we hope you'll consider joining our team.Employee Relations & SupportServe as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and complaintsProvide guidance to employees and leaders regarding company policies, procedures, and workplace expectationsPromote a positive employee experience through proactive engagement and conflict resolutionInvestigations & ComplianceConduct prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, or conduct issuesDocument findings, maintain confidentiality, and recommend appropriate corrective actionsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour)Leadership & HR PartnershipPartner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and management to resolve complex employee relations mattersIdentify trends and recurring issues and provide recommendations for improvementSupport training initiatives related to workplace conduct, policy awareness, and leadership best practicesPolicy & Process SupportAssist with the development, communication, and interpretation of HR policiesEnsure consistent application of policies across departments and locationsMaintain accurate records and case documentation in HR systemsEnmarket is an equal opportunity employer.
