Mid-Level Python Developer with AWS

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Mid-Level Python Developer with strong AWS cloud experience to join a growing engineering team in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python development, cloud-native application development, and modern web technologies. This role will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications, leveraging AWS services and React-based user interfaces.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using Python and AWS cloud technologies. Build and support scalable cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. Create responsive and user-friendly front-end components using React. Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements. Develop technical documentation and follow established development standards and best practices. Support application modernization and cloud migration initiatives. Contribute to Agile development processes and sprint activities. Required Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Python development. Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS cloud environments. Hands-on experience with AWS services including:AWS LambdaAmazon S3Amazon DynamoDBAdditional AWS services as applicableExperience developing front-end applications using React. Experience building APIs and integrating web-based applications. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience with serverless application architectures. Experience with AWS DevOps services and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and monitoring. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience working in enterprise-scale development environments. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and frontend best practices.
