Translation. You’re building the systems that explain where money is made, where it’s lost, and what to do about it. Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analytics Develop executive and operational reporting in Power BI that people actually use Engineer scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, and Delta Lake Build and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP and enterprise systems Apply Python / PySpark to automate, scale, and optimize data workflows Establish governed, repeatable data models aligned with financial controls Partner directly with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data solutionsWhat Makes This Role Different You’re not just building dashboards.
