Job DescriptionCNC Tooth Grinder - Industrial MachineryWe're seeking a skilled CNC Tooth Grinder, for all three shifts, to join a growing team focused on producing high-precision components for industrial machinery. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands tight tolerances, and thrives in a metal manufacturing environment.What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC gear grinding machines to perform tooth grinding on gears and related componentsWork with steel and alloy materials to produce parts used in heavy industrial equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiencyInspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gaugesMaintain quality standards while meeting production goalsWhat We're Looking For:Experience operating CNC machinery in a metal manufacturing or industrial settingBackground in gear grinding, tooth grinding, or precision machining preferredStrong understanding of tight tolerances and machine setupsAbility to read complex prints and follow detailed specificationsDetail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality workWhy Join Us:Be part of a team producing critical components for industrial machineryStable, well-established company with consistent workload(overtime available)Opportunities to grow your technical skillset and advanceCompetitive compensation($25.00 - $35.00/hr.
