Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Compute, Google Cloud

Overview As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you help customers adopt Google Cloud by diagnosing and resolving complex issues, building tools for faster diagnosis, and advocating for customer needs with cross-functional teams. You will liaise with Product, Engineering, and Site Reliability teams to improve production reliability and user experience, while driving scalable support across a 24x7 global organization. This role blends debugging, networking, system administration, and scripting to reduce time-to-resolution and shape product improvements.
