This role is ideal for someone with hands-on ironworking experience—particularly with rigging, crane operations, and structural assembly—who enjoys physical work, takes pride in precision, and wants a long-term opportunity with growth potential. You'll be assembling large-scale steel plenums in a fast-paced production environment, with the opportunity to advance into a Team Lead role.Key Responsibilities Assemble steel plenums and prepare materials for fabrication and shippingOperate power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and nail guns safely and efficientlyRead tape measures accurately and mark steel for cuts, drilling, and assemblyPerform grinding and cleaning of metal surfaces to meet quality standardsLoad, stack, move, and organize steel materials and tools throughout the work areaFollow rigging procedures, hand signals, and crane safety protocols when applicableMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualificationsRequired: Previous ironworking, steel fabrication, or similar hands-on construction/manufacturing experienceAbility to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"Experience using power tools in a production or construction settingAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors and at heights when neededProfessional working proficiency in EnglishMust be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)Preferred: Experience with rigging, crane operations, and hand signalsAbility to read basic part prints or shop drawingsPrevious experience in industrial or data center environmentsSkills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and safety-mindedTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicAdaptable and willing to learn new processesAble to work independently while contributing to team goalsScheduleMonday-Thursday | 5 am - 5 pmFridays | 5 am -3 pmOccasional Saturday's to meet deadlinesConsistent weekly scheduleOvertime available based on workloadLong-term, steady work — not seasonal or project-basedCompensation & Benefits Salary: Starting at $20 an hour + (based on experience)Steady, long-term work in a supportive environmentFirst-time homebuyer program with $500 bonus and optional realtor/mortgage supportDave Ramsey SmartDollar financial education resourcesFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and sick time401(k) with company match and profit-sharing contributionsFamily-friendly events and team-building activitiesBirthday and work anniversary recognitionBonuses for production roles and internal growth opportunities#priority Powered by JazzHR
