This full-time role is based on-site at the Alvin location. Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing operational procedures, maintaining financial health, and enhancing patient satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with medical professionals to provide a seamless and quality health service experience for patients.QualificationsStrong leadership and staff management skills, including team supervision and conflict resolution.Proficiency in operational management, including workflow optimization and process improvement.Financial acumen, including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycle management.Experience with healthcare industry standards, regulatory compliance, and familiarity with medical software systems.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to manage patient relations and internal team interactions.Proven organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Prior experience in medical practice management or a similar role is required.
