Job Description & Requirements Cardiovascular Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $385.09 - $416.85 This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24 hr call, 7a-7a Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: General Cardiovascular procedures/cases Credentialing Timeframe: 45- 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Certifications Required: Must be Board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure Required: Must have an active Florida License, must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Facility Location Once a small farming community, Orange Park is now one of Jacksonville's most popular suburbs; originally founded in 1877 by a Florida Winter Home and Improvement Company.
