You'll also help identify and treat lawn issues, keeping our clients' properties healthy, green, and looking their best. It's a hands-on position where you'll learn a lot and have real opportunities to grow with us.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Has at least 3 years of experience in lawn careUnderstands lawn maintenance and treatment practicesManages time well and stays organized throughout the dayCan juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving efficientlyWorks well independently with minimal supervisionBonus points if you have:A degree in Turf ManagementA current Massachusetts Applicator's LicenseYou'll also need:A valid Massachusetts driver's licenseThe ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical cardWhat You'll GetWe believe in taking care of our team.
