This is a great opportunity to grow your accounting career within a collaborative, mission-driven real estate organization.What You'll DoPrepare complete, accurate, and timely monthly financial statements and supporting reconciliations for a portfolio of 15-25 propertiesPerform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with cash management recommendationsSupport property teams with financial reporting, bad debt analysis, and expense control strategiesAssist with tax reporting including sales/use, personal property, and other required filingsPartner with internal teams and external auditors on year-end audits and financial reporting requirementsContribute to internal audits, special projects, and process improvementsWhat You'll BringAssociates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work independentlyExperience with accounting software and advanced Excel skillsRealPage experience preferredProperty accounting or real estate experience would be a bonus!Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range of $68,000-$75,000 annuallyEligible for biannual discretionary bonus opportunitiesHybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training periodComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401(k) with 6% company match18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidaysPaid parental leave and lifestyle spending accountsReady to bring your accounting expertise to a team where your work directly supports thriving communities?
