If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Relationship Development:Build, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources.Serve as the lead liaison for hospitals within the region, with accountability for referral growth, conversion, and sustained engagement.Partner with facility and corporate leadership to establish and execute an overall market strategy tailored to both global and facility-specific needs.Facility Collaboration & Strategy Alignment:Work directly with designated Divine facilities to create, implement, and oversee customized marketing and business development plans.Ensure alignment between individual facility goals and the overarching market strategy.Lead and support facility marketing teams to drive cohesive, measurable results.Training, Coaching & First Impressions:Assist with internal training and coaching of facility marketing and admissions teams to enhance skill sets and ensure effective execution of strategies.Oversee and enhance "First Impressions" within facilities, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for patients, families, and referral sources.Provide tools, resources, and ongoing education to empower teams for success.Planning & Execution:Define target referral sources and establish market-specific and facility-level referral development plans.Monitor and track progress against established goals, adjusting strategies as needed.Maintain a detailed log of sales and marketing activities, referral efforts, and conversion outcomes, ensuring clear communication with facility and regional leadership.Leadership & Accountability:Take the lead in coordinating and executing cohesive strategies across facilities.Provide guidance, accountability, and structure to ensure consistent performance and achievement of census and referral objectives.Serve as a resource and point of escalation for facility teams, helping to overcome barriers and optimize results.Overall ImpactAs the Regional Director of Business Development, you will act as the catalyst for referral growth, physician engagement, and hospital partnerships.
