Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Psychologist is based in Indianapolis, IN or Kokomo, IN, or both. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, and diagnostic interviews with an eye toward clarifying client diagnosis and making treatment reccommendations.This position is ideal for the psychologist wanting to “test the waters” of private practice or a psychologist who is at a point in life where part-time work is preferred. We provide the office space and the clients you administer the tests and turn in your written report within 48 hours of seeing the clients. Qualifications A doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (a Ph.D. or Psy.D. is preferred)Relevant professional licensure as a Psychologist (HSPP)Full competency with the administration and interpretation of the following tests: WPPSI, WISC, WAIS, WMS, and Bayley, MMPI, MCMI, WRAT, Woodcock JohnsonExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populationsCompetence in Psychology and Mental Health, with a strong understanding of clinical approaches and theoriesExperience in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, with a focus on ethical client careCommitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactionsExperience in working within a clinical or counseling setting
