The client works in a fractional, embedded model, helping clients design, implement, and improve their sales and go-to-market processes with a strong focus on execution and long-term impact.OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who combines operational discipline with curiosity and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll act as a “second pair of hands” to the founder, supporting day-to-day operations, internal systems, and RevOps/sales-ops style backend work. You’ll help keep projects moving, maintain accurate data, and support client work behind the scenes.This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable, who enjoys following clear processes, asking good questions, and gradually taking on more responsibility as they learn. The ideal candidate also brings a strong RevOps and data orientation, and is comfortable working with automation and light coding/AI tools to improve workflows, data quality, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesAct as an operational and systems-focused assistant to the founder, supporting both internal ops and client-related backend tasks.Maintain and update trackers (e.g., invoicing, client status, follow-ups), ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Help manage light administrative workflows (e.g., reminders on who to invoice, for how much, and when).Support RevOps/sales operations style tasks, such as updating CRM-like tools, cleaning data, building lists, and preparing reports.Help document processes and keep SOPs and checklists current as workflows evolve.Execute clearly defined, sometimes repetitive tasks with consistency and care.Proactively flag issues, missing information, or potential improvements to processes and systems.Take on small research, data, or operations tasks that free up the founder’s time and mental bandwidth.Gradually take more ownership over small projects as you become more familiar with the business and tools.Where relevant, use automation platforms and light scripting/AI tools to streamline processes, automate simple workflows, and improve data quality and analysis.Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in operations, admin/operations support, RevOps/sales ops, project coordination, or a similar role.Experience with CRMs or sales/RevOps platforms and interest in going deeper in this area.Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel): sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and organizing information across tables.Experience or strong interest in automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar no-code/automation or GTM tools.At least some light experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python (or strong aptitude and motivation to learn them).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, comfortable working day-to-day in an English-speaking, distributed environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven — you follow through on tasks, close loops, and don’t need constant reminders.Detail-oriented and organized — you keep things tidy, documented, and easy to find.Comfortable asking clarifying questions and confirming priorities instead of making assumptions.Able to manage your time well, handle multiple small tasks, and keep track of deadlines.Nice to haveDeeper experience in RevOps/sales ops roles with a strong data focus.Experience using AI and coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to assist with scripts, data processing, or workflow automation.Experience helping migrate or reorganize systems and workflows between tools.Experience working directly with founders or leadership in a small/startup environment.ScheduleFull-time, Monday to Friday – PST or CST.Perks – What’s in it for you?Competitive compensation in USD.3 weeks of paid time off per year, usable from the start (no probation period) + 12 local public holidays per year.To be considered for this role, your CV must be submitted in English.
