Florida Pre-Litigation Case Manager

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Florida. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing relevant documentation Support the development of claims from intake to resolution, ensuring complete and accurate case files Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase and communicate with insurance carriers Required Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Florida Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures is a plus Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is nice to have but not required
