We are a group of passionate individuals who have built globally recognized brands and are looking for a candidate that will be able to work seamlessly with our growing nucleus.Manager, Sales (Inside)In this dynamic role, you will be on the front lines building relationships with our licensed retailers and distributor partners. We service a range of niche retailers - from your neighborhood brick & mortar smoke shop, convenience store and dispensary, to regional and national distributors. We’re moving and growing fast, and need hungry individuals to help maximize our current relationships while helping to establish new ones.Your passion will drive positive connectivity with our B2B partners as you will be a steward for the VIBES brand within the largest segments of our company. Hunting, nurturing and building business with partners that are equally as passionate as us is exciting to you, and you thrive in an environment where perseverance is celebrated.Reporting to the VP, Sales, this role will be remote and/or hybrid out of our new Downtown Lake Worth, Florida with occasional travel for industry trade shows and related events. The role will work closely with our outside Field Sales Agents.Key ResponsibilitiesSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing given territory Execute strategic programming plans that expand our customer base and sales per accountBuild and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding the needs of our B2B partners Maintain detailed records and notes in our CRMClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with Field Sales Agents to build pipeline and close dealsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureRequirementsSales experience preferred, but will consider experience in hospitality, service, and other related industriesCPG experience, preferably working with independent retailers and/or smoking, tobacco, cannabis products Strong skills in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing and implementingExcellent communication skills – written and verbalDynamic problem solver – comfortable challenging assumptions and offering solutions with incomplete informationTransparent, open communicator- great listener who can read between the lines Manages in a fact-based manner and ensures effective measurements are in place across entire networkAbility to balance competing interests and ensure all objectives across multiple projects are met in a timely mannerHighly organized, detail oriented and self-motivatedComfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to manage ambiguity and changeTravel Up To 20%BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary w/Commission Plan Health Insurance (50% Company Covered) Instant Paid Time Off, Sick & Holiday Pay Company Provided Equipment +++++Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
