Location: Hybrid in Herndon, VA (3 days/week on site)Clearance Required: NoneDuration: Full-time, SeasonalPay Type: W2 employeeReporting to: HCL Team LeadManagement Duties: NoneCompensation: DOEPosition OverviewFour Inc. is seeking an Intern to support the HCL Sales team while also assisting with day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business operations, giving interns practical skills and exposure to real-world processes in a collaborative environment.This is a hybrid role: three in-office days per week at Four Inc.'s Herndon, VA headquarters and two remote days.Essential FunctionsAssist the HCL Sales team with lead tracking, outreach, and follow-upsPrepare sales materials, presentations, and reportsUpdate and maintain CRM records and monitor the sales pipelineSupport daily operational and administrative tasks as neededConduct research and basic data analysis to support sales and operations initiativesParticipate in team meetings and training sessionsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or universityStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learnInterest in sales, customer engagement, or business development is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, and moreHybrid work environment with a collaborative, growth-focused teamHands-on experience in inside sales and operationsOpportunities for professional development and growthPhysical Requirements:The work is generally sedentary and performed in an office or remote setting; however, some travel to government or partner sites may be required.
