Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Marketing & Development Coordinator on behalf of a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on youth development, outdoor education, and transformational camp experiences. This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity for a creative, organized, and relationship-oriented professional passionate about nonprofit growth, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Marketing & Development Coordinator will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement efforts, marketing campaigns, community outreach, and organizational visibility as the nonprofit continues to grow its impact and programming. This role offers the opportunity to help strengthen development infrastructure while supporting social media, communications, fundraising events, sponsorship outreach, and camp promotion initiatives.This is a primarily remote hybrid opportunity with occasional involvement in events and community engagement efforts in the North Atlanta area.
