POSITION SUMMARY: Do whatever it takes [within the law and code of ethics] to remove barriers to student academic success for students in the McKinney Vento Homeless Education Program and other programs serving at-risk students. Plan, organize, and deliver programs of instruction that support the premise that high expectations for all students are possible. Serve as a facilitator and problem solver for students who have significant barriers to learning. Work with school counselor, principal, teachers, and district staff to improve student achievement based on individual needs.
