Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed. Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs Requirements A Property & Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the qualified individual. 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
