Excavation Equipment Operator

DeBest Plumbing is currently hiring an experienced backhoe, mini-excavator, and skid steer operator. CDL class A driver’s license is required. Must be willing to perform additional laborer/maintenance tasks as needed. We are looking for talented, career-oriented individuals who want secure, long-term employment. Responsibilities: - Ability to dig to grade & read a grade stick is required. - Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and loaders on construction sites. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. - Drive commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, including dump trucks and water trucks. - Perform backhoe operations for excavation and plumbing tasks. - Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the job site. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
