Bartender
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining and nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.
*Duties*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
* Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling
* Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
* Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service
* Handle cash transactions accurately while providing receipts to customers
* Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience
*Experience*
* Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred
* Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus
* Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with guests
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively
* Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential
* Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable
